Stichting Het Koffiehuis (still known to many people as the Volksbond Koffiehuis) on Haarlemmerstraat has been a safe haven for homeless or undocumented visitors for decades. The foundation is a social enterprise run largely by and for participants.

We offer work projects where you also get coffee, lunch and clean clothes, contributing to society for part of the day.

The sweeping and greening teams work on the streets and provide a clean and colourful  environment.
